Can you break down how to use the different rooms?

There are so many different things that connect us — from stage of business, to geographic location, to hobbies and interest, stage of life, industry, and more.


Here inside the community platform, we do our best to make it as easy as possible for you to find other Entreprenistas who you share common ground with or who are best suited to help and support you.


One way we do this by creating numerous different "rooms" based on different subject matters and needs. Sometimes, we will group several rooms on related topics in the same area, this is called a "room group."


Here is a breakdown of some of our most commonly used rooms and room groups, what they're use for, and how to best engage inside them:


ROOMS TO KNOW:

  • "The Group Chat" - think of this room like your group text thread with your friends. This room is meant for meaningful and fun conversations, encouraging each other, and talking about timely business and cultural happenings.
  • "Celebrate" - the happiest room in the platform! Use this room to share any and all wins in your business and life—big or small! (FYI, we often use posts from this room to update our weekly member newsletter)
  • "Community Stage" - this room is dedicated to all posts about events that members are hosting and/or are involved in, whether it's a panel, IG Live, workshop, retreat, office hours, webinar, lecture, or other type of learning/connection event.
  • "Member Offers/Discounts" - whether you are a service provider hosting a VIP Day offer or a retailer running a big sale, this is the PRIMARY room to promote offers, services, sales, discounts, etc. If you promote in a room designed for conversation, we will relocate your post to this room.
  • "PR Opportunities & Advice" - an excellent resource for visibility and thought-leadership opportunities and to ask pros about how to gain more exposure.
  • "Looking for a Collab" - for when you're looking to exchange or barter skills, talent, resources, or product with another member for mutually beneficial results
  • "In Search Of" - post in here when you're looking for something very specific
  • "Ask&Give" - perfect spot to ask a favor or to give help unconditionally. Appropriate for asking others to take your survey, vote for you in a contest, send you good vibes ("asks"). Also good for no-strings-attached, from the heart offers ("gives").

  • “Welcome!” for the best ways to get started in the community
  • “Entreprenista Central” for important announcements from the Entreprenista team
  • “Entourage” to learn more about our Entreprenista Entourage referral program
  • “Lifetime Access Members” to access your special bonuses as a lifetime member
  • “Events + Replays” to stay up to date on virtual and IRL events and to watch on-demand recordings of past educational events
  • “Help Center” a treasure trove of tips and information to help you get the most out of this community and your membership
  • “Founders In…” to connect with other members in your or adjacent industries
  • “Regional Rooms" to find fellow members who live in or are visiting your local area
  • "Business Tools + Resources” to ask for or to give business advice and share tools, resources, lessons learned, etc.
  • “Finance Hub” for questions and advice specifically about money—from grants, to raising capital, to charitable giving, to personal investing and business investing.
